These terms exist to keep stays predictable for everyone in the building, from a family on a Rose Bowl weekend to a guest working across the valley for two weeks.
Check-in runs from 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. The desk is staffed around the clock, so an arrival outside those hours is a conversation rather than a problem - call ahead when a flight slips or a drive runs long and we will make sure someone is expecting you.
Mornings are easier if you settle anything outstanding the night before, particularly when you plan to leave early for Pasadena, the airport or a game day.
The minimum age to check in is 21. The guest whose name is on the reservation should be the one presenting identification at the desk, since that is the record the room is held against.
Children of all ages are welcome at the hotel. Under the property's published terms, children aged 10 and above are charged as adults, so it is worth counting the group accurately when you reserve to avoid a surprise at the desk.
Cribs and extra beds are not available. If a third sleeping place is needed, the king suite with a sofa bed is the layout to look for, since the sofa bed is the additional sleeping surface the property provides.
Guests are asked to present a photo ID and a credit card at check-in. This is a standard verification step and takes a moment at the desk, but having both to hand keeps a late arrival from turning into a long one.
Pets are not allowed at the property. Service animals are handled separately under applicable law, so please raise the details with the front desk before you travel so we can confirm the arrangements for your stay.
All rooms are non-smoking and the property is smoke-free throughout, including corridors and indoor common areas. Keeping this consistent is what allows the rooms to smell the way guests expect when they open the door.
Special requests such as a particular floor, an accessible bathroom or adjacent rooms are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. We will always tell you what is possible for your dates rather than accept a request we cannot honor.
Booking conditions vary by accommodation type and by reservation. The property's terms note that a reservation must be cancelled by 2:00 PM local time at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation penalty.
The conditions shown in the reservation flow are the ones that govern your stay, so please read them before confirming. If anything is unclear, the front desk would rather explain it in advance than sort it out afterwards.
